Some people think that I'm the luckiest girl in the world. Truth be told, I might as well be.
I win every raffle I enter in and stay for, find heads-up pennies on the floor multiple times per day, and two months ago I found a 50.00 shrimp platter mispriced as .50 cents, in which we had no penalty for buying two of them.
Maybe it was luck for me to find out that these costume items exist? Or maybe Mrs. Frizzle noticed my struggle to find a actual good Mrs. Frizzle costume on the internet. Either way, here's my Mrs. Frizzle costume nessistes, based on a combination of her space outfit from the TV show and some aspects of the book version.
NOTICE: I have not tested any of these items. I'll edit with any concerns I have about any of these products and say a alternative I think works better. Also, I am not sponsered by anybody and all opinions are my own.
The dress: Sun and Moon Print Flare Dress
This dress looks excatly like a dress that Mrs. Frizzle would wear. There's many colors too, so if you perfer purple, light blue, grey or black, congrats! Its there. Plus, at the time of me writing this, its on sale for 15.62. Thats 46% off, if you want to do the math! Although, it takes 3-30 days to ship depending on the shipping choice, so this isn't for the last minute costume-maker.
The earrings: Walmart Offical Mrs. Frizzle Planet Earrings or Mrs. Frizzle Etsy Earrings

If you don't have ear piercings, then go for the Etsy earrings. If not, it depends on what your opinion is on Cost v. Accuracy to the Source Material. Try to plan ahead for the Etsy earrings to ship if nesssary, and try to pick up the Walmart earrings in store.
The shoes: Croc Flats with a touch of DIY
Listen, I know that you may have been shocked by my choice because you forgot the shoes in your planning and you have to finish this by morning bell or by evening tonight. Don't sweat! Any color of flats will work for this, but this shoe is the closest to the TV show's style. If you are good with paper or have loads of time, you can try to make the rockets from the show, but I personally reccomend the book style if you are trying to be simple and precise. This requires taping cardboard shooting stars to the flats via clear Duct Tape. This is severly recomended as normal tape isn't as strong and will cause the stars to fall off.
The hair: Official Mrs. Frizzle Wig or DIY Mrs. Frizzle Hair

If you have short hair like I do, get the wig. Otherwise, the DIY Mrs. Frizzle hair is your best bet, though you might want to practice a couple of times beforehand to make sure you've got it down.
